We will allow a change of mind return for refund or exchange, provided that the item in question is:

  • A full price item purchased at 
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase
  • In original purchased condition with tags attached
  • In original & undamaged packaging
  • Has not been worn
  • Not damaged in any way

· Items purchased from a Feetures authorised partner, must be returned to the store of purchase.

We will require your order number, postcode and email address, to be included in your returns parcel along with the original despatch note. Please ensure you follow the next steps:

  • Place all the items you wish to return, including the Despatch Note, into the package and seal it. Make sure the items fit as snugly as possible, (without squashing the product please), to avoid excess shipping costs. Also ensure there are no previous tracking or shipping labels attached to the outer packaging.
  • Please then visit your nearest Post Office and arrange to send the package to the address below. We suggest that you ship the parcel with an economy tracked service to be able to monitor the returned items.

Faulty Returns

If you wish to make a faulty return, please email our Customer Service Team at Please include a photo of the faulty product and your order number in your email. Our Customer Service Team will then advise you on the next steps. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved or rejected for your refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for your return to be processed and an exchange or refund to be issued.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we can provide more information and where to send your products.
